Two higher educations:

International Relations; Oil and Gas Engineering.

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He started his career with a private oil and gas company.

He started his work in civil service as an expert of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then consistently held the positions of Head of the Administration, Deputy Director, Director of the Department of Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He speaks English, French and German.

He was awarded the Kurmet Order and the medal For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry.
